The room price includes 5% business tax and service fee, the maximum number of guests for each guest room is 2 guests; the maximum number of guests for each family room is 4 guests. children under 100 cm will not be charged.

Check-out： BEFORE 12:00 PM
Additional fees will apply if check-out delays.
If arrive the hotel earlier than check-in time we provide luggage storage, the service also applies the day when you check-out.
According to Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, the entire hotel prohibits smoking.

Cancellation and Amendments:
If hotel location or guests' departure influenced by natural disaster, for example: when land warning for typhoon is announced, or traffic disruption caused the guests couldn't arrive in time. Please contact out hotel as soon as possible to change or cancel your booking.
After finished booking and paid the deposit, cancellation is still acceptable, charges listed below:
1. Up to 10 days prior to your scheduled check-in time, cancelation fee wouldn't be applied.
2. Within 6 to 9 days prior to your scheduled check-in time, 30% of the deposit will be applied as a cancellation fee.
3. Within 3 to 5 days prior to your scheduled check-in time, 50% of the deposit will be applied as a cancellation fee.
4. Within 1 to 2 days prior to your scheduled check-in time, 70% of the deposit will be applied as a cancellation fee.
5. Up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time, 100% of the deposit will be applied as a cancellation fee.
