Care Service
    【Song Qing Swimming Pool】
    The open-air Swimming Pool on the 6F is as wide as an infinity pool, allowing guests to enjoy views of the hustle and bustle of the city while unwinding and resetting the mind and body.

    【Location: 6F Terrace】
    Opening Date: May 24, 2019-October 31, 2019
    Opening Hours:
    Wednesday-Friday, 15:00-21:00;
    Saturday-Monday, 8:30-10:30, 15:00-21:00;
    Tuesdays in July and August, 8:30-10:30. The pool is closed for maintenance in the afternoons.
    Tuesday in September: The pool is under maintenance and is not opening.

    Notice
    1.The depth of the small pool is 50 cm. The depth of the large pool is 110cm.
    2.To ensure pool safety, the pool is closed when it rains or when there is lightning and thunder.
    3.For any changes to the pool opening time, please refer to the Hotel announcement.
    4.No food in the Swimming Pool (except for drinking water).
    5.Please wear a swimming suit and swimming cap to the pool. Those without a proper swimming suit and cap are not allowed to use the pool.
    6.For other instructions for the pool, please refer to announcements at the Swimming Pool.


    【Song Er Le Indoor Playground】
    The indoor playground is a child’s paradise. It contains a train-shaped ball pit, a variety of toys, stuffed animals, and entertainment facilities for physical fitness, including grass skiing, rock climbing, and ropes, etc.
    Take your children to have fun together in the indoor playground. Parents will remember the wonderful time, and children will remember having so much fun here.

    Opening Hours: 09:00-21:00
    To provide a better playground environment, the facility is closed for maintenance and cleaning every day from 12:00 to 13:30.
    For hygiene reasons, please wear socks when entering the playground area.


    【Mini Conference Room】
    The mini conference room is a simple yet elegant space with the capacity of about 20-40 people. The room can be used for meetings, educational training, seminars, conferences, and for other purposes as required.
    Location: 6F (Café)
    Facilities: Two 75-inch 4K TVs, audiovisual equipment, wireless microphone, laser pens, etc.

    Business Center The 2F Business Center is equipped with complete office equipment, including computers and wired/wireless broadband networks for you to handle your documents conveniently during your trip.

    Opening Hours: 9:00-21:00
    The business center is for hotel guests only. If you a need to transmit documents, please refer to the front desk.

    On busy days, food is a way to connect us. Sitting at the table, we can enjoy a delicious hot pot together. We not only taste the local ingredients from Yilan and fresh seasonal vegetables and fruit, but also enjoy a cozy time with family and friends.

    The 6F Café is located right next to the Swimming Pool. The aroma of coffee and tea together with the comfortable space provides you the chance to relax yourself or it can also be used as a mini conference room because it is equipped with two 75-inch 4K LCD TVs.
