A. We accept booking before the date of your stay (1 month) and can book as many as 2 rooms at a time.

B. Although you can demand for specific room when booking, the room number can only be confirmed after checking in. According to the room design, rooms of the same level may have slightly different equipment. Please refer to the actual equipment provided.

C. Notice for Changing your Reservation 1. If you cannot check in on time, please call us ahead of time (3 days before your stay) for postponing and changing the date of your stay (only once). The date of postponement cannot be longer than 6 months.
2. If you stay at a different room or there is price gap for slack and high season, you need to pay the price difference according to those on the internet and no refunds will be made. If you need to cancel the reservation after postponing it, the date of canceling fare deduction will be counted according to the date of your original reservation.

4. Procedure on Special Circumstance Booking (due to force majeure)
If a typhoon (land typhoon warning or school/office closure of Taichung city were announced), earthquake (cannot successfully reach the hotel because of road damage due to the earthquake) or other force majeure events occurred, please call our booking staff and we change your reservation according to our regulations.

A. Check In Time:
1. Sun. ~ Fri.: Time for checking in is after 18:00.
2. Sat. holidays, and days before holidays: Time for checking in is after 21:00.
B. Check Out Time:
1. If you check in before 12 PM, you can stay until the next day (12 AM).
2. Each room is for 2 people. If more than 2 people are going to stay, an extra NT$500 cleaning fare will be charged for each extra person, NT$300 for those less than 120 CM (free of charge for those below the age of 5). 3. Visitors and pets are not allowed (if pets caused any damage to the objects in the room, extra cleaning fare will be charged accordingly). Please keep quiet when staying (if customers fail to follow the rules, we have the right to cancel their reservation).
4. For rooms with karaoke machine, karaoke service is only available until 23:00.

Cancellation and Room Change Policy

★100% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancelation in 1 days before the check-in date.
★50% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancelation in 2 - 3 days before the check-in date.
★30% of the prepaid amount will be deducted for cancelation in 5 days before the check-in date.
