The Murano Ristorante Italiano takes its name from the island of Murano, 16 kilometers north of Venice. In the 12th and 13th centuries, to prevent the glass making skill from becoming known, the Venice government forced all the glass-making workers to move to Murano Island. This made Murano the center of the Italian glass industry. Its crystal glass is the national treasure of the Venice government.
We recruit master chefs, veterans from international hotels and restaurants, to present the best quality Italian cuisines for our guests. Fresh seafood, succulent meat and garden vegetables are combined in traditional cookery and modern creations.
