03. Since 2025/01/01, we will no longer provide disposable and bottled water free of charge. Please bring your own or contact the lobby counter to purchase the water dispenser.
04. Smoking and bringing pets into our hotel/guest rooms are strictly prohibited.
05. In order to offer excellent accommodation quality and lodging space, our hotel do not offer extra bed, and the maximum number of adding extra persons for per room is one. The price is NTD 800/adult and NTD500/child of 110cm to 150cm of height. The mentioned price includes breakfast and toiletries in the room. (Child under 110cm of height is free of charge, but no breakfast and room toiletries will be offered).
06. We do not accept parking space reservation due to the limited number of parking spaces of our hotel.
07. Pickup/Drop-off service is available. While the shuttle service is free for the trip to/from Hualien Railway Station, the fare for airport pickup/drop-off is NTD 100/person/trip (four persons per ride maximum).
Service Hours: 9:00am to 9:00pm. Please make reservations in advance or one day before your check-in date at the latest. (Our shuttle service is only applicable to those who make their reservations via online booking and telephone. It is not applicable to the ones made via other channels/accesses). 08. We would like to remind you that the action of your entering our online booking system by clicking “agree” on the webpage signifies your complete assent to the rules stipulated by our hotel. Therefore, please read the following notice and policies carefully before making your reservation. Should you have any questions for the provisions listed below, we suggest that you contact the hotel for further confirmation before proceeding with your reservation.
09. Since our hotel does not offer cancellation service, the person who has made the reservation is required to go through the cancellation process by himself/herself if one wishes to cancel the reservation after booking; the derivative handling fee will have to be covered by the person who has made the reservation.
10. Once you complete the reservation form and click send to complete the payment process by credit card, the amount will be debited right from the provided account.
11. In order to guarantee the safety of your credit card transaction, our website makes it a rule that the information of the guest who has carried out online booking should tally with the one of the check-in person. The duplicate identification document is required to be provided while going through the check-in procedures at the hotel.
12. It takes about 14 to 21 working days to complete the refund process (the amount of refund will be returned back to the same credit card. The amount will be credited in next month’s statement if the day of reckoning has just passed.)
13. Taxes and service charge are already included in the room rate of online booking. The definition of weekday and holiday is subject to hotel regulations.
14. Please contact our reservation center three days within (or on the day of) the check in date if the local area (of hotel) is hit by any unforeseen circumstances on your scheduled accommodation date due to an act of force majeure such as an interrupted traffic flow caused by an earthquake or a land warning for Typhoon issued by Central Weather Bureau.
15. The amount of room charge will be debited right from the provided account once the customers with Taiwan Traveler Card fully complete their booking process. Please make sure that whether or not the date of exchange conforms to the travel subsidy regulations formulated by our government before the reservation is made. Our hotel is not responsible for any failure of reimbursement or controversy.
16. The products sold on this online booking system are limited in time and quantity. As the number of rooms, rates, and contents available on the website may vary according to the daily occupancy of our hotel, please refer only to the actual room rate announced by the website at the time of booking. Anyone who makes the reservation via this booking system must agree that the total amount of accommodation charge be paid once the process is completed. Full Kind Hotel reserves the right to modify the room price of online booking.
17. Full Kind Hotel operates its business in the light of the “Template of Standardized Contract for Individual Traveler” issued by Ministry of Transportation and Communications on January 13th, 2010. Please refer to the official website of Tourism Bureau, MOTC, Tourism Policy at http://admin.taiwan.net.tw/indexc.asp for detailed information.
18. 100% of the room payment will be collected as the reservation deposit for online booking in compliance with the regulations of standard form contract issued by Tourism Bureau, MOTC. And the amount/percentage of refund will be given in accordance with the regulated decree if one should cancel the reservation before/on the scheduled accommodation date:
★No booking deposit will be refunded if you cancel the reservation on the check in date.
★Refund 20% booking deposit if you cancel the reservation 24 hours before the check in date.
★Refund 30% booking deposit if you cancel the reservation 2 to 3 days before the check in date.
★Refund 40% booking deposit if you cancel the reservation 4 to 6 days before the check in date.
★Refund 50% booking deposit if you cancel the reservation 7 to 9 days before the check in date.
★Refund 70% booking deposit if you cancel the reservation 10 to 13 days before the check in date.
