✦ Reservation Policy:
Weekdays are Sunday to Thursday. Holidays are Friday and Saturday. Long holidays/special holidays/ major holidays and the eve of special holidays are defined by the Motel on the site. The Motel reserves the right to adjust and stipulate all the holidays. Please understand for any inconvenience.
✦ Check-in Time:
Weekdays (Sunday to Thursday): after 18:00; check out time: before 12:00 pm.
Holidays (Friday, Saturday, long holidays/special holidays/major holidays and the eve of special holidays): after 20:00; check out time: before 12:00 pm.
Please take the initiative to inform the Motel if you need to check in later than the abovementioned time.
Checking in after 12:00 am is counted as staying for 12 full hours.
To extend the stay, please check out before 12:00 pm on the next day. The room is opened successively after 18:00 on the same day. Besides, if you don’t check out, you need to pay for the additional resting fee in accordance with the regulations of the Motel.
✦ The Motel reserves the right to change, adjust and decide the prices of the rooms. We apologize for any inconvenience.
✦ If those reserving the room cannot check in at the “latest check-in time” for some reasons, please call the Motel in advance. Those failing to inform the Motel and check in later than the “latest check-in time” are considered giving up the right to reserve the room unconditionally.
✦ Each room is limited for two guests only for resting or staying overnight. Please inform the front desk on the site for any visitors. The visiting duration is limited for 15 minutes. Those exceeding the time will be charged with partial cleaning fee with discretion.
✦ When the reservation needs canceling or changing for some reasons:
The full amount of the deposit can be refunded or preserved for three months when the cancelation is applied in 14 days (included) before the check-in date.
30% of the deposit will be collected when the cancelation is applied in 10-13 days (included) before the check-in date.
50% of the deposit will be collected when the cancelation is applied in 7-9 days (included) before the check-in date.
60% of the deposit will be collected when the cancelation is applied in 4-6 days (included) before the check-in date.
70% of the deposit will be collected when the cancelation is applied in 2-3 days (included) before the check-in date.
80% of the deposit will be collected when the cancelation is applied in 1 day (included) before the check-in date.
The full amount of the deposit will be confiscated by the Motel for cancelation on the check-in date.
✦ Cancelation (under special conditions):
When the traffic at the departure location is disrupted due to a land warning for typhoon issued by Central Weather Bureau or an earthquake or other force majeure (at the place where the Motel is located or at the departure location of the tourist), the Motel accepts postponement of the reservation or cancelation. The deposit can be preserved for 3 months for postponement. Cancelation will charged 5% of the total amount for credit card service fee or NT$50 for transferring service fee. (The refund will be based on how the payment is made in the first place). In 7 working days, the Motel will return the remaining amount to the original account. Please understand that during long holidays or special holidays, the procedure will be postponed.
