※Cancelation policy shall be based on the announcement of each room for cancelation during Chinese New Year, winter and summer vacation, special events, national holidays and the eve of national holidays, or special projects of the Hotel.
※No cancelation for special holidays (new year countdown), national computer exposition, or other special projects of the Hotel. 100% deposit will be charged for cancelation.

※Twin room is for two and triple room is for three guests. For additional guests, above 6 (included) or over 110 cm: NT$600/person (no bed); more than 2(included) but less than 6 or under 110 cm: NT$200 (no bed); free for children under 2. For additional guests, please inform the reservation staff in advance before the check-in date. Each room accepts one more guests. Those failing to inform the Hotel would not be provided with additional bed service. Cancelation service fee will be charged for cancelation due to the reason of the number of guests.
※Please understand that to maintain the accommodation quality, no pets in the Hotel. Otherwise, you will be charged with NT$3000 cleaning fee.

※Cancelation in 3 days (included) before the check-in date, 50% of the payment for the room will be confiscated as cancelation service fee.
※Cancelation made in more than 3 days (excluded) before the check-in date, 0% of the payment for the room will be confiscated as cancelation service fee.
