【Reservation Policy】
1. The hotel is completely non-smoking.
2. To book a room, please remit the full amount of the room rate on the day of booking.
3. Confirm the correct number of occupants. If you need an extra bed (extra charge), please inform in advance.
4. The check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00 on the same day, and the check-out time is before 11:00 the next day.
5. Parking is limited, on a first-come-first-served basis, and parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance.
6. Please return the room card to the counter on the first floor when checking out.
7. If the check-out time is more than 20 minutes, it will be calculated as NT$250 for one hour of extra time.

1.No refunds for cancelation on the check-in date.
2.20% of the deposit can be refunded or postponement in 6 months for cancelation one day before the check-in date.
3.30% of the deposit can be refunded or postponement in 6 months for cancelation in 2-3 days before the check-in date.
4.40% of the deposit can be refunded or postponement in 6 months for cancelation in 4-6 days before the check-in date.
5.50% of the deposit can be refunded or postponement in 6 months for cancelation in 7-9 days before the check-in date.
6.70% of the deposit can be refunded or postponement in 6 months for cancelation in 10-13 days before the check-in date.
7.All the deposit can be refunded or postponement in 6 months for cancelation in 14 days before the check-in date.
