Welcome all good owners to bring your pets to the Zhongqing store. Due to the need to outsource the disinfection of guest rooms, one pet will only be charged a pet accommodation fee of 350 yuan per pet on weekdays and 400 yuan on holidays (special holidays or consecutive Holidays will be announced separately), pet cleaning fees are calculated on a daily basis.
Check-in time is 17:00, latest check-in time is 12:00 pm, and check-out time the next day is 12:00 noon. If you need to check in early, you can call to inquire. There is an additional fee for early check-in. Check-in can be arranged after the room cleaning is completed.
Reservation instructions: The accommodation fee must be paid in full for reservations made 7 days before check-in. The remittance time is limited to 3 days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). The reservation will not be held after the time limit.
Cancellation of reservation: Cancellation 10 days before check-in, full refund of accommodation fee or extension of stay, limited to 3 months. If you cancel 7 days before check-in, you will get a 50% refund; if you cancel 3 days before check-in, you will get a 30% refund; if you cancel the reservation within three days, there is no refund; if the day of stay is a typhoon day, a full refund will be given. All refund and remittance handling fees of 30 yuan will be borne by passengers.
